Automatic Charging: Our docking stations charge the cycles automatically, ensuring theyre always ready when you are.

Ride & Return Options: End your ride at any docking station or on the street for a small out-of-station fee.

How It Works:

Sign Up: Fill in your information and complete the KYC form to get started.

Scan & Ride: Scan the QR code to unlock your cycle and begin your journey.

Pay by the Minute: Enjoy flexible, minute-based pricing with easy in-app purchases.

End Your Ride: Simply scan the QR code at a docking station or on the street to finish your ride.

Zum Cycles will only work in and within Ring Road. Users will be charged twice the normal rate for rides outside ring road. Electric features, including pedal assist will not function outside ring road.

Swap Cycles in Zum Stations should you run low on power.

Cycles will only run at 25 kmph at full throttle, and up to 30 kmph using pedal Assist.

Cycles have an average of 45 km battery run time before it requires to be charged and over 100 km using pedal-assist when battery are at 100% charge.
